How do I access my Navisite Message Center?

Iris offers virus and spam filters via the NaviSite Message Center. These filters are on by default but can be changed to reflect safe senders, blocked senders, and update to be lenient or more aggressive with catching SPAM.

Access your Navisite Message Center:

  1. Navigate to login.postini.com
  2. Log in to the Navasite Message Center using your full email address and password. (If your password does not work use the forgot password link to have a temporary password emailed to your FAS account. Please note this password is completely seperate than your email account and will NOT affect your email password).

Block a Sender:

  1. Once logged into the Navisite Message Center, please click "My Settings" in the top right hand corner
  2. In the Settings Menu, please select "Block Senders"
  3. In the Block Senders Menu, add the email address or domain you would like to block and click "Update Blocked Sender"

Approve a Sender:

  1. Once logged into the Navisite Message Center, please click "My Settings" in the top right hand corner
  2. In the Settings Menu, please select "Approve Senders"
  3. In the Approve Senders Menu, add the email address or domain you would like to whitelist and click "Update Approved Sender"
  4. This will allow any email sent from this approved individual to pass over the SPAM service and directly into your inbox.

SPAM Filtering

  1. While on the Navisite Message Center, please click "My Settings" in the top right hand corner
  2. In the settings Menu, click "Manage Junk Filters"
  3. By default, your filter will be set to "Lenient", but can be adjusted to your preferred setting.

  5. If you do not wish to have SPAM Filtering through our Navisite service, you can deactive the SPAM filter by clicking on the green "Activated" link under "Junk Email Blocking".

  7. Click "Save Settings" to save any changes made.
