Email Service Interruption: help@fas

FAS IT recently learned that some email to and from help@fas.harvard.edu was flagged as spam between Tuesday, October 27 and Tuesday, November 3.

If you sent email to help@fas during this time and have not yet received a reply, please check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder to see if a response from FAS IT had been delivered there. Although the problem has now been addressed, FAS IT has been calling many faculty, staff, and students directly to respond to open issues and requests. FAS IT works with an outside vendor to provide spam filtering, and is investigating additional measures to ensure that help@fas email will continue to be delivered properly in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this interruption may have caused.
