The Research Computing group provides high speed, large capacity computing environments specifically designed to support computationally-intensive research (such as analysis of gene expression microarray data and proteomics data, large sequencing data sets, and data mining). The group supports and maintains a cluster computing system, called “Odyssey,” that consists of 4096 cores operating at 2.3 GHz operating speed, each with 32 GB RAM. For more information, click here.
