The Research Computing group provides a robust tool set (including domain-specific applications, such as GeneMapper software), as well as complementary analysis and programming services, for conducting statistical analyses on large data sets. These services include experimental design consultation, statistical analysis, sequence analysis, data mining, and optimization procedures for manipulating large amounts of data. The group also provides a series of training sessions that provide introduction to the tools and processes associated with computational research.
For more information on any of the services offered by the Research Computing group, please contact the Executive Director of FAS Research Computing, James Cuff at james_cuff@harvard.edu or contact the Service desk.
