FAS Information Technology

FAS Information Technology welcomes requests from academic and administrative departments for special IT related projects and services. For services not mentioned in this catalog, FAS IT has established a procedure of proposal, evaluation, and delivery of services and will work in collaboration with FAS departments and administration to meet the future IT needs of growing technologies.

To submit a request for a service not normally offered, please write to help@fas.harvard.edu or call 5-9000 to request a special project case be opened. Special projects and requests are reviewed by an internal committee and recommendations are made based on available infrastructure, staffing, and priorities set by FAS. Faculty and staff may also use the form below to guide them in requesting a Special Project. Forms should be faxed to 617-495-1210.
