Printing
FAS Information Technology offers black-and-white and color laser printing services in the Science Center and House computer labs for use by FAS account holders. These facilities are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
These printers can be accessed directly from the Windows, Macintosh and Linux workstations in our Science Center and House computer labs. In addition, students may configure their personal computers to print directly to FAS Information Technology laser printers.
Black-and-white laser printing costs $0.05 per page; color laser printing costs $0.15 per page.
In order to print, users will first need to set up a printing budget. Printing budgets are linked to FAS accounts and remains active between terms as long as the account is active.
All FAS accountholders may pay via Crimson Cash at the Service Desk, Science Center B-13. Additionally, print system users can purchase additional printer budget with a credit card through the online printing service interface at www.fas.harvard.edu/printing/
Harvard College undergraduate and GSAS students may also pay via term-bill at the link above.
Laser printing via Crimson Cash is also available in the Harvard College libraries for $0.10/page.
The Division of Continuing Education (DCE) maintains an additional computer lab for the exclusive use of Extension and Summer School students at 53 Church Street. Limited laser printing facilities are available there; visit or contact the 53 Church Street lab for details.
