Annual Undergraduate IT Survey

Every year, FAS IT conducts a survey of undergraduate students in order to assess satisfaction with the IT services being provided, as well as measure trends and attitudes toward new technology. The survey is usually administered around the mid-point of the academic year in order to allow freshmen to become acclimated, as well as to allow upper-classmen to experience changes we have made during the summer. This survey is only one of many tools that we use to help FAS IT determine the needs of our clients.
